At MJY Plastics, we are committed to supplying high-quality packaging products and providing reliable service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.
Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
Eligible for Return:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

You provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number)

The product is not custom-manufactured or made to order
Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been used or are not in resalable condition

Custom or made-to-order items (e.g. perforated bubble wrap or non-stock sizes)

Items returned after 7 days of delivery
Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us at sales@mjyplastics.co.za with the following:

Your order number

Details of the item(s) you wish to return

Reason for the return

Photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is approved, you may:

Arrange for your own courier to return the goods

Or request a return collection (if available in your area; collection fees may apply)
Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received and inspected by our team.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original method of payment

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need a replacement for the same product, please email sales@mjyplastics.co.za within 48 hours of receiving your order.
