At MJY Plastics, we are committed to delivering your packaging supplies promptly and efficiently. The following policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timeframes, and related terms.


1. Delivery Areas

We offer shipping throughout South Africa.
For bulk orders or special arrangements outside of standard delivery zones, please contact us directly at sales@mjyplastics.co.za.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-manufactured or made-to-order items (e.g. perforated bubble wrap or specialty sizes) may require additional lead time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping Methods

We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery. Shipping options are determined based on order size, weight, and destination.

  • Standard delivery: 3–10 business days (depending on location)

  • Local Johannesburg deliveries may be fulfilled via direct delivery from our warehouse

  • National deliveries (e.g. Cape Town, Durban, etc.) are fulfilled through courier partners

  • Through courier partners you may experience longer lead times.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be added to your invoice or shown at checkout.


5. Delivery Issues

MJY Plastics is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.


6. Order Collection

Order collections may be arranged by appointment. Please email sales@mjyplastics.co.za to coordinate a pickup time and location.


7. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. For any delivery updates or issues, contact us directly.


8. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging or product

  • We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable
